Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but there was a slight delay in getting my room ready upon arrival. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff all around. The location was convenient for transportation and dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory with attentive staff, though pricing was a bit high. Overall, a good value for what I paid.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had everything I needed, from a hair dryer to a fully equipped bathroom. However, the room was a bit small and lacked a mini fridge. The service provided by the staff was absolutely excellent, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was first class, being near Haymarket station and within walking distance to Princes Street. The dining experience was excellent with good variation of hot meals and fine coffee. Overall, it was a great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but being next to a service cupboard meant early wake-ups. The staff were friendly but had some grooming issues. The location was convenient with some drawbacks. The dining was decent with delays. Overall, a somewhat average stay with both positives and negatives.
